The manager, Andrew could not do enough for you. His staff were well trained and extremely friendly and respectful. The food at this hotel was superb. I cannot fault this hotel for the cleanliness, the quality of the food and the staff. I really hope to see them again. I happened to suffer heat stroke the day before we left and in the evening was advised to visit the hospital, Andrew organised a hotel car and driver, I was treated, (very well I add) and at 10 pm was allowed out where Andrew was waiting with the car and he had arranged for a chef to stay on to feed my hubby and friends. The best hotel in Fort Kochi as far as we are concerned. Lynn, David, Samantha & Manoj.

I dont think we have a single negative feeling about this hotel.

Quiet location, yet short walk to Main Street for conscience stores. Very clean pool. Friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms with excellent sized balcony.Short Auto ride to restaurants or Vypeen Ferry to connect directly to fort Cochin.

Staff were amazing made you feel VIP special. Food was exceptional and they all made special extra effort to make our Valentines meal extra special. Fantastic manager Andrew Noronha.

Not much bad to say but the only thing was choice on the breakfast buffet.

Nicely located, quiet and relaxed hotel. Staf and personel are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant have a nice kitchen and serve beer and wine. With a 5-minute walk you can take the public bus and you will be at the ferry boat to Cochin Fort in 10 minutes.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and sizeable room. Reasonably priced restaurant and bar.

Now only 3 sunbeds by the pool which was not very well maintained. Breakfast hit and miss. To much high tech operation. Simple switches for lights would be much better. Less to go wrong

Really enjoyable stay - spacious room with a beautiful large balcony. The whole hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly. The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well both nights (this is a real bonus as I normally sleep quite badly!) Dinner in the restaurant was tasty. Location-wise, it's not directly in the centre, but it's very peaceful and that doesn't matter when you can easily get a cheap Uber. Excellent value for money and would definitely recommend.

Pool water looks clean but seems a little funky. Didn't stop us swimming in it though! They have what could be a really lovely games room but this might need a little bit of TLC if funds allow as the table tennis net is broken and there aren't really any games in there other than chess.

The room was excelent. Clean. Matching my expectation. We have breakfast included. As we were out of the season, all the dishes were for order mostly. Only during weekend opne buffet was. As a information not a minus: You have to call for the warm water to reception.

We got an upgrade for one of two rooms we booked and it was quite large with a huge balcony. friendly staff, but too few only around. Break fast was good

The roads reaching to hotel were all waterlogged and slushy. The Mattress was too soft and sagged when you lie down, not good for back pain. Hot water in bathroom only in morning, need to request in evening.Location is bit depressing

Place was not maintained.Rude staff. Food was awful. No hot water. No TV channels. Indoor games all broken. Swimming pool Very small and unhygienic..way to the hotel was horrible..

Only stay for 20 hours.Night can't sleep because of maskito,My recommendation plZ plZ plZ search for better options.They interfere into my privacy,,we are going the staff open the door twice and enter without my permission they are watching you ,,I thought this jel not hotel.I do check out and hotel ? taken 2000RSThey refused to give me back my fund..

Very good, great food, prompt service, can improve on inhouse rental vehicles as commuting to city sometimes gets tough.

Transport facilities, in room TV channels needs proper selection and activation.

Beautiful property, good swimming pool, good staff, great food.

I didn't like when guard dont allow eatables inside, at gate I was stopped for carrying buiscuit, juice, and asked me to throw. After talking with manager he said next time don't bring but this time he is allowing. I have never seen such anywhere in the world. I know in restaurant they can stop but not in room. Manager said you must buy biscuit from our hotel. This shocked me more.
